Exchange Policy
1. Scope
Exchange and refund apply within 12 hours from the time of receipt (per the carrier's delivery log) for items damaged due to shipping faults or manufacturing defects, with a video clearly showing the defect at unboxing.
📹 To protect your rights, please record a clear video of the unboxing process and the item's condition upon receipt. This is a mandatory verification requirement for SEYCHAS to process exchange or refund requests for manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
2. Conditions for exchange
- Exchange period: within 14 days from the date of receipt.
- Original packaging and tags must be intact; the item must be unworn, unwashed, free of alterations, and free of fragrances or perfume scent.
- Number of exchanges per item: once.
- Non-exchangeable items: items beyond the exchange period; sale, promotion, or gift items; custom-made / made-to-order items; items that fail neither due to the carrier nor due to the manufacturer.
a. Orders not yet shipped
Customers may contact SEYCHAS via Fanpage / Zalo / WhatsApp / hotline +84 845 448 291 to switch to a different item or cancel the order at no cost.
b. Orders already delivered
Defective items: upon receipt, please verify the item matches your order, requirements, and category. If a defect from the supplier is found, you may request a replacement — SEYCHAS covers all related costs. If the defect is caused by the customer, SEYCHAS is not liable for replacement; if you wish to exchange, additional costs and return shipping fees are borne by the customer. Any price difference between the new and original item is subject to mutual agreement between the customer and SEYCHAS.
Non-defective items: if you no longer wish to keep the item and prefer to exchange, please follow these conditions:
- The item remains in its original packaging, sealed.
- The item is not custom-made or made-to-order.
- All additional costs (shipping, etc.) are borne by the customer.
3. Exchange procedure
- Contact us via Fanpage / Zalo / WhatsApp with the order ID and reason for exchange.

Receiving phone: +84 845 448 291 - Once we receive and inspect the returned item, SEYCHAS will ship the replacement (re-delivery shipping covered by SEYCHAS for manufacturing defects).
4. Refund policy
- Refunds are available in accordance with Vietnam's Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights for cases of major defects (manufacturing defects, shipping damage), provided the customer submits a video showing the defect at unboxing within 12 hours of receipt.
- No refund is available for change-of-mind cases or other subjective reasons from the customer. In such cases, if the requested replacement is out of stock and the customer has not selected an alternative, the paid amount is credited as store credit for future purchases.
