  • SEYCHAS confirms orders by email / phone / message within 24 hours.
  • SEYCHAS reserves the right to refuse orders if information is incorrect, items are out of stock, or fraud is suspected.

5. Pricing and payment

  • Prices on the international site are displayed in USD, exclusive of duties and import taxes which may apply at the destination country.
  • Prices may change without notice; the price applied is the one valid at order confirmation.

Disputes shall first be resolved by negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled at the competent court in Hanoi under Vietnamese law.
