1. Purpose of personal data collection

SEYCHAS collects personal data to receive orders, take payment, deliver goods, issue invoices, and provide after-sales care. News about new products or promotions is sent only when the customer has subscribed. SEYCHAS does not sell or rent customer lists.

2. Scope of data collected

When an order is placed, SEYCHAS collects full name, email, phone number, and delivery address. If an invoice is requested, SEYCHAS also collects the legal name, tax code, and billing address. Newsletter sign-up collects email only.

3. Data retention period

Order and transaction information is kept for at least 01 year. Order records are kept for at least 03 years. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until the customer asks to stop. SEYCHAS does not delete data immediately where the law requires retention, such as invoices, tax, or complaint handling.

The website has no customer accounts, so data cannot be viewed or deleted by logging in. Deletion requests are carried out after any legally required retention period has ended.

7. Complaint handling

If a data incident occurs, SEYCHAS will contain the affected part immediately, notify customers when the law requires it, and limit access to people who need it for their work.
