Shipping, Delivery & Inspection Policy

1. Coverage

Applies to all provinces and cities within Vietnam, with international shipping available (subject to suitable methods for each region).

2. Delivery time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours, or per the schedule agreed with the customer.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • Hà Nội inner city: estimated delivery 1 business day.
  • Other domestic provinces: estimated delivery 2–5 business days.
  • International shipping: estimated 5–10 business days depending on destination.
  • Delivery times may vary due to stock availability and weather conditions.
  • Delivery time is counted from order confirmation to receipt of the goods.
  • If delivery is delayed beyond 10 days, the customer may cancel the order at no cost.

3. Delivery methods

  • Hà Nội inner / outer city: partner courier services.
  • Other provinces: partner couriers (J&T, GHN, ...).
  • International: international carriers (DHL, FedEx, ...).

4. Responsibilities of the merchant and logistics provider

  • The carrier is responsible for providing shipment documents during delivery.
  • SEYCHAS is responsible for providing all required and accurate documents related to the goods to the logistics provider and the recipient.
  • All orders are packed and sealed by SEYCHAS prior to shipping.
  • The carrier is responsible only for shipping under a "sealed package" basis, and provides a delivery note containing: recipient name, phone, address, and item description.
  • The carrier has the right and the duty to provide invoices to state authorities upon legitimate request.
  • Each parcel displays recipient name, phone number, and address on the package.
  • To safeguard the goods, SEYCHAS includes a valid sales slip in the parcel (where applicable). After confirmation, SEYCHAS issues an electronic invoice to the customer's email.
  • Tax invoices or sales slips are valid evidence to support claim handling, market value verification, and lawful goods circulation.

5. Inspection upon delivery

Upon receipt, customers may ask the courier to open the parcel for inspection before accepting the goods. If the delivered item is incorrect, the customer may refuse delivery and decline payment. For pre-paid orders that arrive incorrect, the customer may request a refund or replacement of the order. 6. Shipping fees

Shipping fees follow the carrier's rates and are confirmed by SEYCHAS for each order at the time of order confirmation. Express delivery fees within Vietnam and international shipping fees are quoted per order based on weight and destination.
