Payment methods

For orders placed on the international website, SEYCHAS supports two secure payment methods: Online Payment via OnePay and International Bank Transfer (SWIFT). Supported international destinations may use an A2E auto shipping estimate plus the SEYCHAS handling fee as part of the prepaid total. Countries or routes without an A2E price use the customer-care quote flow, where the confirmed USD shipping fee is entered during checkout.

* Online Payment via OnePay

We accept secure online payments through the OnePay gateway. You can pay using major international credit and debit cards:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express (Amex)
  • JCB
  • UnionPay

Transaction amounts will be converted to VND for processing via OnePay, and you will be redirected to the secure OnePay checkout page to complete your payment.

* Bank transfer (SWIFT)

You can also make a direct bank transfer to our account. Please use the following details:

Once the bank transfer is received, SEYCHAS will confirm with the customer by email or message within 12 hours at the latest. International orders require full payment and shipping-fee validation or reconciliation before fulfillment.
